1. What makes Kaleshkari different from other fashion brands?
At Kaleshkari, we don’t just sell clothes — we sell identity, rebellion, and a little bit of chaos.
Our pieces are handcrafted to fit real bodies, not rigid grids.

2. Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?
Yes!
Every Kaleshkari product offers a Custom Size option.
Once you place your order with “Custom” selected, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to collect your measurements.
We offer complimentary alterations because we believe fashion should fit you — not the other way around.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic Shipping (India): 5–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping:
Express: 6–8 business days
Priority: 8–10 business days
Premium: 10–12 business days
Delays can happen sometimes due to logistics or customs — but we’ll keep you updated at every step.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Standard-size products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Customized, altered, or bespoke products are non-returnable unless defective.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely!
We ship to over 40+ countries including USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Canada, Germany, Singapore, South Africa, Japan, and many more.
International shipping rates start at ₹299 for 50g.
Custom duties or taxes (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking link.
You can track your shipment real-time right from dispatch to delivery.

7. What are Kaleshkari Credits and Collectibles?
At Kaleshkari, you earn credits when you:
Shop products
Post your Kaleshkari looks
Participate in community games/events
Credits can be used to buy exclusive collectibles, enter games, or unlock special perks.
Collectibles are rare pieces or cards (sometimes 1/1 or 1/10 only) — designed to be owned by a select few.
Style is currency here.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
Debit Cards, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
UPI Payments (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, etc.)
Razorpay (for Indian payments)
Stripe (for global payments)

All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted.
9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t entered production or dispatch, we can accommodate a cancellation request.
Custom/bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
To request a cancellation, email us immediately at orders@kaleshkari.in with your order details.
