We want you to love what you wear. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, hereβs how we handle returns and refunds:
Only standard-size, non-customized products are eligible for return or exchange.
Customized, altered, personalized, and made-to-measure garments are non-returnable and non-refundable unless delivered defective or damaged.
Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.
Important:
Any garment that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage by the customer will not be accepted for return.
Color variations due to photography, lighting, or device screen differences are not considered defects.

Product photos (if applicable)
Once approved, you must ship the product back to the address provided within 5 days.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm eligibility for a refund or exchange.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7β14 business days after return verification.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting your account details securely.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
For international orders, customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
Exchanges are allowed for:
Size adjustments (for standard sizes only)
Defective or damaged products
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per the Refund Policy.
Custom-sized garments
Altered or tailored items
Bespoke or couture orders
Collectibles, Credits, Cards
Sale, discounted, or promotional products
Gift cards
We take pride in the quality of our products.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs.
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet entered production or dispatch.
Customized or bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Cancellation requests must be emailed promptly to orders@kaleshkari.in.
Kaleshkari reserves the right to amend this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice.
