At Kaleshkari, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely, swiftly, and with a touch of slay.
This Shipping Policy explains our shipping practices for domestic and international orders.

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

a) Delivery Timelines:

  • Orders typically dispatch within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days from dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or regional areas.

Note:
Sundays and public holidays are non-operational days for shipping.

b) Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2,000.

  • For orders below ₹2,000, a nominal shipping charge (visible at checkout) will apply.

c) Order Tracking:

  • A tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS once the order is dispatched.

  • You can track your shipment in real-time using the link provided.

2. International Shipping

a) Countries We Ship To:

We proudly deliver to over 40 countries, including but not limited to: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Canada, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, South Africa, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and more.

b) Shipping Rates:

  • International shipping starts at ₹299 for 50 grams.

  • Final shipping cost is calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

d) Customs Duties and Taxes:

  • Any additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, pincode, and contact details are accurate and complete during checkout.
We are not responsible for undelivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

4. Undelivered Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, re-shipping charges will apply.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be made excluding original shipping charges.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control (logistical disruptions, customs clearance, natural calamities, etc.) may cause delays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

6. Change in Shipping Address

If you wish to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at orders@kaleshkari.in.
Address changes can only be accommodated before dispatch.
