1. Eligibility

We offer ready-to-wear, couture, bespoke, and collectible clothing and accessories, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Product colors, textures, and measurements may slightly vary due to photographic lighting, screen settings, or handcrafting variations.
Each custom order is unique and deviations may occur, enhancing the individuality of every piece.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

• International checkout may reflect local currency conversions.

• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless specified.

• We accept payments via Razorpay, Stripe, and other authorized payment gateways.

• We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information at any time.

Note: Payment completion does not imply order acceptance. Orders are confirmed once verified by us.

4. Orders and Customization

• Standard-sized products follow published size charts.

• For custom-sized or altered garments, customers are required to provide accurate measurements post-order.

• Any delay or inaccuracy in providing measurements may delay order fulfillment.

• Once customization or alteration begins, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

5. Shipping Policy

• Domestic orders typically deliver within 5–7 business days.

• International orders may take 6–12 business days based on shipping mode selected.

• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

• We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, customs clearance, or external factors.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Only eligible standard-size products may be returned/exchanged under certain conditions.

• Customized, altered, or bespoke products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

• Requests for return must be placed within 3 days of delivery, subject to approval.

• Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to designs, images, logos, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Kaleshkari.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without written permission.

8. Collectibles, Credits, and Games

Kaleshkari operates loyalty programs offering credits, collectible items, and event participation.

• Credits have no monetary cash value outside the Kaleshkari platform.

• Collectibles, cards, and rewards are non-transferable unless expressly permitted.

• Game winnings, rewards, and perks are subject to eligibility and verification.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue loyalty programs at any time.

9. User Behavior

While interacting with our Site and community, you agree:

• Not to misuse, hack, or exploit the Site.

• Not to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

• Not to harass, defame, abuse, threaten, or violate the rights of others.

• To maintain a respectful environment within the Kaleshkari Community platform.

• Any delay, failure, or interruption of service.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order in question.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
